The Assistant Superintendents Committee invites Assistant Golf Course Superintendents and Equipment Managers to a focused professional development event designed to pull back the curtain on the superintendent hiring process.
The Superintendent Search: Inside Insights from Hiring Managers brings together the people who make—or recently navigated—hiring decisions: a General Manager, Course Owner, GCSAA Career Expert, Executive Recruiter, and a Newly Hired Superintendent. Attendees will gain firsthand insight into how candidates are evaluated, what separates strong applicants from the rest, and how hiring managers truly think when filling leadership roles.
This is an ideal opportunity for superintendents to invest in the growth of their assistants by giving them exposure to the perspectives they will face one day across the interview table.
