    Responsibilities:

    Job Description:  Wedgewood Pines Country Club is a family-owned private facility. We are looking to hire a Equipment Manager/Mechanic to maintain our mixed fleet of equipment. (Toro, John Deere, Kubota, CAT, Salsco, ClubCar, Yamaha….etc). Knowledge in preventative maintenance, reel grinding and cut adjustments, Gas/Diesel engine repair, small engine repair, hydraulic repair and maintenance is all needed. This manager is responsible for keeping records of work completed and needed. Mechanic is responsible for ordering of needed repair parts and keeping records of these purchases. The equipment manager will work closely with the superintendent to decide on new equipment investments. Latest purchases have included a fleet of JD Gators, 2 Hybrid JD triplexes, Toro Multipro 1750 arriving in August. 2020 Toro 4500D recently added to fleet and the club is currently reviewing quotes on a new Toro fleet to replace some existing equipment.

    Educational Requirements:  Technical Training, small engine classes, welding certificate, past experience with golf course equipment

    Job Benefits:  50% medical covered by club, uniforms, paid time off, golf/guest privileges, year round employment.

    The Agresource Assistant Operations Manager will gain direct working experience with multiple departments within Agresource from operations, sales, logistics, mechanics, trucking and back office. This position will have regional travel expected between two full time Agresource job sites (Ipswich, MA and Middleboro, MA) with potential road work and growth of new facilities in the region.
