    Responsibilities: Oyster Harbors Club is looking for a highly motivated and team driven candidate that possesses the fundamentals needed to maintain a golf course and its team at a championship level. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent and 2 other Assistants in all facets of the job to provide a better understanding of golf course practices, communication, time management, leadership and teamwork. The project consisted of a full 18-hole course restoration to Donald Ross’s original design, a full irrigation redesign and construction, drainage, bunker reconstruction with Billy Bunker installation, as well as practice facility and driving range redesigns. The assistant candidate will work alongside the Superintendent and assistants to prepare the golf course for reopening in the spring.

    The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is a year-round position.
