About the facility:

Turner Hill is an 18 hole member owned club which opened in 2004 and designed by Hurzdan/Fry. In addition to golf, the club has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool, 2 paddles courts, indoor fitness, and a historic 45,000 square foot mansion which hosts a multitude of events throughout the year

Previous employment in turf related field required required

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Ensuring the playability of the course at the highest standards.
• Conducting some morning job assignments and meetings.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on professional development and growth.
• Conduct fertilizer and chemical applications.
• Managing the irrigation system and water conservation initiatives.
• Must have a working knowledge of mower operations, utility carts, tractor, spreaders, and small equipment.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Manager with any equipment repairs needed.
• Winter work consists of snow removal and equipment maintenance projects.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Massachusetts pesticide applicator license within 60 days of hire.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Start Date: 3/2/2026

Education requirements:

BS/AS in Turf or related field preferred but not required.
