Brief Description:  Performs golf course maintenance, other skilled landscape and building maintenance tasks, and semi-skilled labor to maintain the golf course, facilities, cart paths and structures, including general care and upkeep; operates motorized equipment and irrigation systems, and does related work, as required. This position will work under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, General Manager & Owners.

Job Duties:  Maintains golf course by completing daily assigned tasks; assists with maintaining and operating the irrigation system; cares for the putting greens and tees by watering, reseeding, manicuring, spiking, topdressing and mowing using specialized equipment; cares for sand bunkers, fairways, and roughs by raking, watering, edging, spiking, aerifying, weeding and manicuring; cares for grounds around golf course facilities and structures; performs minor tree trimming

Should have working knowledge of golf course equipment and repair, i.e. mowers, golf cars, maintenance vehicles and landscaping equipment.

Will be expected to monitor the irrigation system for problems.

Maintains, cleans and performs light maintenance to golf course facilities including clubhouse, maintenance building, storage facilities, and other campus venues.

Compensation: This position has both seasonal and non-seasonal options. Compensation and benefits will depend on experience and final position option.
