Position / Title:          Assistant Superintendent

Facility Description: Oak Hill Is a Donald Ross designed championship golf course located in Fitchburg, MA. The golf course has held many MGA events and USGA qualifiers. Currently Oak Hill is working to implement a restoration plan designed by golf course architect Tyler Rae.

Experience Desired: 3-4 years’ experience in golf course maintenance.

Responsibilities Description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a high attention to detail to work with the superintendent. Performing all aspects associated with maintaining a championship golf course and properties associated with the country club including pesticide/fertilizer applications and record keeping, daily course set-up, employee training and supervision, machine operation, hand watering, irrigation repair.

Special Skills: Ability to obtain Mass applicator's license.

Compensation and Benefits: $60,000-$65,000. Health insurance package, 401k with club match, vacation time, and bonus.
