Facility Description: Oakley is an 18 hole private country club located just outside of Boston in Watertown, MA. It is the first golf course in the United States designed by Donald Ross. Oakley has elite playing conditions.

Experience Desired: No assistant experience necessary. Looking for an applicant who wants to be a Golf Course Superintendent someday. If you're just out of school, that’s ok. If you're a 3-year assistant looking for a change, that’s ok too.

Responsibilities Description: Assistant Superintendent responsibilities include everything golf course maintenance related.

Special Skills: Need to be able to obtain a MA applicators license.

Compensation and Benefits: 50-75 k. Health insurance 65/35. Vacation. Golf. Every other weekend off during the playing season excluding big tournament weekends.
